I like that trail, My brother and I rode some of it near Jacksonville, AL when I was visiting him. I think next weekend we are going to ride the trail near me in Atlanta.

Biking (as long as its not crazy) is lower impact, higher speed means more wind to cool you down, and its a heck of a lot more entertaining IMO. Nothing against running, I used to be on the track team back in school.

You see at the start there it says "Signal Ahead". Is that to tell useless %£^ to use their signal lights? Or warning of traffic lights approaching?
If it's the former I'm impressed. GO AMERICA

Yeah, it is telling you that there is a traffic light coming up soon. Letting you know you need to be ready to slow down (or run a red light).
