is your helmet of pyramid head from cardboard or you have used something to strenghtening it ?

No it was made from something called "HardBoard" it is the same material they use to make clipboards. Each triangle had it's size calculated, then they were cut, and assembled the inperfections on the seams were covered with urethane resin, sanded, and painted. The inside was fiberglassed together.

so cool :D but p head was in natural body paint or it was muscle costume ? because it looks so cool :D
