Well how much do they want for Sealand? It looks perfect for TPB. But they need some turrets or some sort of defence to stop the American government from blowing it up. They also need a huge sattellite for a seriously fast internet connection. And what about food and water supplies?

In August 1978, while Bates and his wife were in England, Alexander Achenbach, who describes himself as the Prime Minister of Sealand, hired several German and Dutch mercenaries to spearhead an attack of Roughs Tower.
