It's a very striking and unique shape. Looks like an older styled (retro for lack of a better word) piece of clothing. Can't tell if the teardrop shape I'm seeing on the breasts is a cut-out or the sheen of the fabric, either way it's incredibly flattering. Did you put together the black bra, as well? It's THE most beautiful undergarment I've ever seen.

I made both bras. The conventional bra is based on my How to Make Custom-Fit Bra eBook and class. The Bust Sling Bra is designed to address issues women have with conventional bras.

That is one of the premises of this bra. You don't need them because the structure is different.
