Apple iPad eReader iBooks Demo vs. jetBook

After the first day of receiving the Apple iPad i decided to test out how it would work as an eReader with all the hype around it. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match the predictions. There is a lot of glare, and after about 15 minutes of reading your eyes WILL get tired. Here's my take on the review and i threw in our Ectaco jetBook in the mix as a comparison to outdoor reading in the end. The brightness was all the way down

@rubixGod96 Please see 1:08 in the video. The brightness is on the standard, above average, out-of-box setting to not drain the battery or burn your retinas :-)

The bookshelves is cute if you only have a few books but if you have a large library that would be a real pain. What are the search and tagging features of the ereader homepage?

@dswellhauser Thats a really good question for those who have a lot of books. Each individual book will have it's own space on the bookshelf, or you can use a "List" view option where it will show the books as a list and you can type to search by book name.

I hate how you can't see anything in the sun with the iPad. They REALLY need to fix that :(
