  • Lower stomach acid causes food to ferment and rot in the stomach, so when you get the "burp-ups" and it takes like the food you just ate, it's not being digested properly. You can also test with apple cider vinegar after a meal. If you feel better, you have lower digestive enzymes and HCl, if you feel worse and have a burning sensation, you are overproducing Hcl, which is quite rare nowadays.

  • Just because someone doesn't have a PhD doesn't mean they can't educate themselves or educate others. Its more important to look at what they're saying. If it doesn't make sense then don't use it. Most people in the alternative medicine field, would agree with what he has to say. Since so many people are sick and have health problems and the medical system is doing nothing to aid in that, maybe something is wrong with this picture, no?

  • GERD**

  • hey Pauly the problem with acid reflux is a problem with the les ( lower esophageal sphincter) it has nothing to do with to much or to little acid.

doctors cant fix it . Thats why they give you ppis to take out acid from your stomach ( the acid that you need to help digest foods) to relive symptoms.

once tyour les is messed up. its messed up for life. there is no good fix for this. surgery dont last and can cause more problems. the best you can hope for is symptom relief.

  • What a steaming load of shit!

  • great video - for more knowledge go here:

  • anyone know of a website where I can get info on interintestinal reflux?

  • I remember hearing that antacids stop protein from being fully broken down into amino acids

  • i must say also if your so healthy why do you need a doctor?

  • Thank you Paul for taking the time to produce such helpful videos on Youtube. I once read the case history of that girl from England that you helped save her life. It was an amazing process that made me start to become aware of the strategies neccessary for optimal health. I hope that someday your teachings and philosophies will be more widely accepted and appreciated. By the way, i know for sure that 3-4 of my relatives could have lived much longer lives if they adopted your living philosophy
