just a point to show how out of touch McCain is with the average person. Most people don't need a member of staff to answer that question. the number of house you one is not clerical or mundane, it about being in touch with the average person. if a person owns so many houses they are unsure of the number, i call that greed and irresponsibilty.

I agree with this, but to be fair, when Fox does similar things to Democrats, we call it "tough journalism". It is tough journalism, on both sides, but media bias on both sides doesn't make me sympathetic to one candidates set of communication challenges or another.

bad: you're correct about the importance of the swing states. I live in MI and I predict MC will win here (even without Romney).

Our state is again #50 out of 50 in terms of the economy. We lead the nation in unemployment, etc. etc. We have a 2 term Dem governor, 2 aged Dem senators, a Dem legislature, and now...the highly visible travails of the utterly loathsome mayor of Detroit Kwame Kilpatrick (a black Dem).

I say MI/OH/FL go red, PA goes blue, VA/CO too close to call.
