Aw I don't think they were trying to make her sound like a bad person. I think they were exxagerating the fact that Taylor NEVER complains. Because yeah, she says "Did Taylor Swift just complain?" But then they show her not really complaining and saying "Oh. Guess not." I think it was to just emphasize that she really never complains about her fans at all.
