Moves Covered in order:
Forward-V - 1:35
Wiggle Walk (In Place) - 2:45
Wiggle Walk (In Place) [Variation] - 3:53
Wiggle Walk (Forward/Standard) - 4:10
Wiggle Walk (Backwards) - 7:00
Wiggle Walk (Shuffle) - 7:27
Wiggle Walk (Split) - 7:39
TIPS:
- First learn the Forward-V to get used to the motion of the Wiggle Walk
- ALWAYS stay on your toes no matter what
(this tip wasn't in the video) - Wiggle Walk usually only works with shoes on, but it doesn't look good with certain shoes. Recommended shoes: Converse and Nikes.
Forward-V:
Start off by learning the V. Move one foot forward. Start off by an "outward-v." then, step forward with the back foot and then go from "outward" to the "inward-v." As you land in the inward-v, do the v-step motion to face it outwards.
Wiggle Walk Forward:
You want to always stay on your toes . You go on your toe, and switch the front foot's position to left or right depending on foot. You move the back foot forward, and as it lands, both feet "wiggle" a.k.a move in the "wiggle walk" motion on your toes. Watch the video for a visual.
Wiggle Walk Backwards:
Start off in the same position, move your back foot forward and do the same motion as Wiggle Walk Forward. But instead of moving your back foot forward, you move your front foot backwards. Basically the same exact thing as Wiggle Walk Forward, but opposite foot and direction. It is recommended to learn Wiggle Walk Backwards after you learn it Forward. It's the same thing except you "wiggle" backwards.
