I don't even think I should have submitted this to speeddemosarchive.com. I feel this is more of a testrun than anything. I don't even own a wii haha.

  • Looks like your play through world 8 was spliced onto the end of the video. Have some trouble with that part? :)

  • odd, I never saw that static there... honestly a VHS issue. Very strange... This run is like the crappiest run anyhow, I wouldn't cheat on a run, and especially not on a crappy run like this. I think I recorded over this tape twice all the way through, strange it happened at that spot too, makes it look suspicious.

But it's not spliced or anything HONESTLY...

I've been interviewed by many newspapers and such, all of which have seen my gameplay live.

  • lol, this was done on the wii.

  • Can you do a SMB2J: Lost Levels 100% no warp zones for going to other worlds.

  • You know, I was thinking about this. If I had a famicom with this game I'd totally do it. Or even a Wii with this game for that matter....

I don't want to do the SNES version even though I own it. This version feels so much better.

  • You are the Mario master!

  • You are fast!

  • I mean game

  • I got this hame on wii

  • @smokeonthedaugther6 What is it to explain? Nothing odd happens there. He does a jump and lands on a turtle, that's all...

  • between 2:53 and 2:54....explain that

  • Speedrunners: Being better than you at games since '85

  • I believe you can't count the Wii version in the same category as the original FDS release. The wii version remove all loading between 4-4 and 5-1 ( black screen for around 4 or 5 seconds on the FDS release but the wii cut it down to 2.
