inhale exhale inhale then mantra? im not sure about balanceing the breathing and repeating the mantra

It doesn't matter what religion you belong to,in fact with the Kuji technique you will strengthen your faith even more

peace be unto u all,its been years now,lately i hear rumor some lost their fate,some ware to commit sin,
some are heart broken,some are angry after seeing the quran verse that i post earlier,that is something that cannot be allowed to happen,
after analyse the situation,it is better that i remove my previous posting to avoid further misunderstanding,

hey man. how do we keep our hands when we meditate this technique.. and how much time should we spend on this.....min and max?? pls help me out. what are its effects?

@IAMLEGEND2545 You have to do it, a lot, and meditate. You will see the results. There is no immediate response that would satisfy you at the intellectual level. This has to do with experiencing it.

Yes. Kuji-In was born in India as "nine mudras" (navamudrani), became buddhist, named nine seals, went to china, then japan to be named Kuji-in (nine syllable seal). It does not require the Buddhist faith. The philosophy included in each of the nine seals are not religious, and have to do with faith, responsibility, harmony, flowing with... and so on.

Yes they do. Ninjutsu adepts were taught this technique by japanese esoteric Buddhist priests, for this practice enhances the physical and mental aptitudes of the user.

The Kuji-In system i teach does not require religious beliefs, nor does it go against any. I stripped out any Buddhist dogma and have adapted it to the pure base wisdom of it. I teach many Chrisitans, and i even found some ressemblance with other Christian meditation systems.
