  • This is great! "We The People", can at least have a bit of a voice! All of the emails to Congress are NOT being read or responded to. The phone calls feel wasted. 70% of American's Do NOT want the current AGENDA being SHOVED down OUR throats. Well I'm NOT STUPID, NOT CRAZY, NOT SILENT Anymore!

  • This is wonderful! Finally we have a tool that will help us all fundamentally transform this great nation for the better. It's a tool we can use to do positive changes in the political spectrum of our nation.

  • It is about time Congress starts doing their job and listen to the people. There is huge amounts of taxpayer dollars that can be saved by cutting a huge number of federal programs. Abusive and fraudulent programs, corporate welfare, federal aid to state programs, special interest programs that the private sector, churches and charity group could take over. Pork and earmark spending, subsidies to farms and businesses to develop and market products when that is what they do anyway.

  • While I applaud this concept, I fear the only proposals will only be the easy targets that are small in value. The republicans won't touch the controversial topics like Medicare, Social Security and Defense where the real money is. Here's hoping they will prove me wrong.

  • I am not real smart but I question why our government continues to give millions and billions to countries that do not support us. And reduce the amount of money we send to countries that do support us. Why does the government continue to borrow money to give away to others?

  • The Dems just voted down a freeze ix pay raises for themselves. I see some great commercials coming up for the fall elections! All sorts of commercials showing how Dems are wasting $ & not cutting spending even when they know the majority of Americans want them to.

  • @BlueHen123

Before cutting our defense and subjecting America to greater terrorist threat, please consider just moving to Iran to get a sense of why we need the best defense. SHEESH!

  • There should definitely be an "all of the above" option.

  • I love this awesome experiment in more direct government and input from voters leading to quicker action.

  • Missed the first one, but voted this week. Excellent idea Honorable Canter. Glad the voices of your constituents are finally being heard. Thank you for the great idea.

    Many blessings,

    M

  • Cut defense, bring all troops home now from: Iraq, Afganistan, Korea, Japan, Philipines, and everywhere else
