  • @Japcat21 yeah thats true but jyutping is harder.

in pinyin for mandarin you have to typ NV NOT nu to get the character.

& q has the chi sound, ethier way i think Mandarin / pinyin is easyier

  • @Raymasaki Sometimes the pinyin doesn't make any sense. For example, Pinyin uses word blends like "dz" and "ts" that is difficult for beginners to understand. Nevertheless, pinyin is extremely useful for people to type Chinese on their computers; however, Jyutping is more similar to English phonetics.

  • @Japcat21

the jyutping input is difficult & ive heard its not developed, so many people disagree with it & spell things diferent. it has an odd sound, thats one of the reasons i think Japanese / Romaji

& Mandarin / pinyin are so much easyer. i would have been good if they added other words Not just the same phrase over & over.

  • strictly speaking, it is Ngo Oi Nei. The word for love actually has no word-initial consonant. But people mistakingly inserts "ng" in front of it.

  • @jakeychan87 In local Cantonese or Cantonese Slang, "N"s and "Ng" are not pronounced. The "N" is often substitued for "L". So Ngo Ngoi Nei, is O Oi Lei in Hong Kong.

  • I would like to say that you wasted 9 minutes and 40 seconds of my life.

But all those people in the video told me they loved me. It made me feel warm inside. Thumbs up :D

  • @jakeychan87 「愛」字係冇鼻音㗎。

  • what the heck is this? I don't speak cantonese, but i know this totally...sucks.

    sorry, it really does.

  • wow most of them are terrible...

  • why are they saying "i love you" wrong?

it's Ngo Ngoi Nei. not O Oi Nei or Lei.
