Its pretty amusing reading all the haters' comments. First off, the weight is 45lb per side, that's excluding the Olympic E-Z bar, done at a body weight of ~ 74kg/163lb.
Contrary to the many "gurus" here who think its done to boost ego, there has to be some inclusion of heavy, power movements done once in a while to spurt continued growth. As with heavier weight, and power or cheat movements, some body swing is inevitable and acceptable.

Its 45lb plate per side. As stated in description, with cheat form. Only done occasionally as a power movement. "No bicep" by AlphaUnit? That's why need to work on it. Cheers!
