Michael J Fox was the right choice for the role of Alex,Spin City was good,but not as good as Family Ties!!!

@WCD73 I have to agree. Matthew Broderick would not have been a good choice (NBC's original choice).

The speed episode was classic. First introduction to method before it became popular as not just a designer drug for yuppie kids and stock brokers, but the drug of choice for ravers and the trail park trash masses.
