Lori Krebs, who played Debbie the producer became Morton Downey Jr.'s wife in 1994 & was his wife up until his death in 2001.

Also, Laura Branigan, who played Amanda, was the singer who had hits like Self Control, Gloria, etc. She passed away in 2004.
