This is my alll time favourite anthem......"When the going gets kinda rough...Dont let it get you down....gotta keep on....keep on keepin on no mattter how rough it gets!!!".....many a special sweat soaked night i spent in Mr ms without gear! just my physical fitness, and these superlative sounds to keep me going.....and it pounds my brain when im struggling to put one foot in front of the other in the Marathon....and once again i toe the line in New York on the 6th Nov...my 94th!!!

M's was my home for the first 5yrs of wigan ... in there all nite with kenny spence ... many nights i never went outside of MR. M's .... came in through the back door with kenny ... and quite often went out the same way !!! that place was magical ... gonna have to post some pics on here when i get round to it ...
