To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and it requires 2 conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!

Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!

If you mean that anyone wanting to follow the laws of our land, as per the Constitution of the United States should be branded with the extreme leftwingnutjob derogatory term "birther".
