@anton1990 Id pretty much say it was a carrypover prop yeah, Sly uses the rainbow umbrella in that first ep so getting another in his new costume was a natural transition

um matt smith is supposed to be 907, and it was funny with the car at the end but they use that wayyyy to much

In a way I hate michael grade for taking it off the air but in another way it was a good thing, it allowed it to improve and by the time it was cancelled for definate it had become a great show once more, but I think the absence of the nineties made it all the more worthwhile when it returned, like having a friend go away and return many years later in full force with a brand new look yet with all the best bits you remember. And it looks as though we'll have it for years to come!

@handofsutekh They do, but unless the Doctor is with each companion for about 30 years of unseen stories, the logic of his aging isn't clear.
