I can't play certain characters in 4 delay or higher. Plus, defending against frametraps, staggers, and mixups is a pain in the ass in high delay too.
Even in low delay some things are aggravating to me. Mostly because I know those 'certain things' go differently offline.
But I think for some characters the only thing that gets effected by delay lag is defense-related, like shields and baras and blocking overheads.

After playing a casual set of irl matches, I've realized how much of a mental strain netplay is for me.
