  • i think you need to put the k-2 on the floor, so people don't think you're doing something with it to make the lights go on , and put some more in with some EVPs . thanks Dusty TAPS GH ..

  • While that does help, the fact also is the K2 is very sensetive to radio interference such as walkie talkies and cell phones. All of which can easliy give a false positive result.

  • remove the button from the board and short circuit the 2 contacts, then place a switch between the battery and battery contact.

  • While that may (haven't tried it) by pass the button problem, the issue still is the K2 in our experience has NOT been effective in detecting paranormal activity at all, muchless been able to "train" a ghost to flash the lights in response to specific questions.

  • The KII EMF Safety Meter is known to produce "erroneous" errors due to the momentary contact switch. Bad practices like that seen on Ghost Hunters(TAPS) is such when they shove a nickel in the switch to keep it on. This can damage the switch causing erratic contact with spontaneous lighting.

The Psyleron REG-1 Field kit as seen on A&E's Paranormal State is a much more scientific instrument not prone to errors.

  • The claimed point of the K2 is that you can "train" a ghost to respond by making the lights flash. Otherwise there are several other EMF meters of good value as well.

  • Hey great work love the movie maker, I subbed,

  • K2 meters with an on/off switch are more believable...when you use the ones that you have to hold down a button, there's always that possibility of your thumb relaxing and making the lights blink...with a switch, this doesn't happen and you can set in on a table far away from you. If you get a K-2 get one with a switch!

  • It's just one of many tools. No better or worse.

  • I went on a hunt with Jason and Grant and we got alot with the k2
