Inspired by a Treehugger Hammock video I found on Google Video, I came up with my own Tree Hugger straps, and you get to see how I did it. If you want professionally made straps, try http://www.treehuggerhammocks.com .

  • Great DIY Paco, doubling the strap should hold a ton! Always enjoy your videos!

Cool music choice, I'm looking for it online~

  • @Spikestrip55

Thank you for enjoying the music! I thought I was the only one.

Yeah, those straps easily support two people. They're so strong, in fact, that I've switched to lighter-weight ones when space is an issue, since I generally don't need to support two people at once.

  • is there a "part 4" to this series? i like the vids so far, and want to make my own. this is the best series that i have seen yet! thanks for sharing with us!

  • @captjeff78

There's no part 4, but check out my other hammock videos. I have quite a few variations, and additional info, such as how to set it up, using a bug net, etc. Glad you like my videos --these were done in the very early days of my videomaking career, and I hope they've gotten better since then!

  • great idea but i turned my sound on mute 10 seconds in sorry

Gosh, no one seems to like my music! That's okay.

FYI, tomorrow, I should have my latest hammock straps up. Much simpler, and they require no sewing. And no music!

Dumb is in the eye of the beholder. For instance, I feel that using "ur" to represent "your" is dumb, but I generally don't go around pointing out grammatical errors.

This is an amazing album, actually. Bobby McFerrin and Yo-Yo Ma are master musicians. This song is a representation of them just having a great time!

  • make sure u have ur sewing maching in ur backpack. music is dumb.

  • @larrylynn123

Bobby McFerrin is a genius! How can you not like this music? That's okay, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
