Kip - I value you r videos but I found the audio volume quite low (my pc & YouTube (YT) where up to the max) on this one, whereas your other video were quite audible. I've never uploaded anything to YT, so I don't know if this could be adjusted. - I'll get whatever I can though- thanx!

Hi ! Thanks very much for all your videos, which are very interesting !
I'm a beginner and i have of course many questions ... but there's one of them constantly on my mind : can you explain me the advantage(s) about the singleended style compared with the kerry style ?

@synthpathetic
correct. trying to breakdown just the triplet portion, i can't help but ending on the down beat of the following quarter note.
although the trick in dropping the triplet into the reel or jig rhythm for me is to insure that i start the NEXT measure w a downstroke on 1
so a sticking pattern like
dudd uddu dudd uddu for a reel
or
dud dud dud dud for a jig
helps as the extra double down stroke "resets" my stroke

Kip...I saw you playing what looks like one of Ralf Siepmann's new bodhrans. Am I right? If so, what are your impressions?

Thank you, Kip. Single ended tutorials are much appreciated. Your explanation and slow-down will definitely help me.
