Why not let the bedouin speak for themselves. They can speak u know!
Their living style is their matter of choice. There is no bedouin code that says ppl have to live in tents, herding cattle...etc.

Modern housing for a very small number of bedouins. The government builds rubbish dumps near their shanty villages.
