Hi Love, I have started changing my diet, and eat only fat burning foods. and part of the change was to quit diet soda. Within 4 days I was having withdrawels symptons as in head aches. That was my first clue that Diet Soda is bad for you and addictive. Im learning to buck up and just ride the headaches until they stop, Im not giving to drinking that crap anymore.
Thanks for the info. You Rock!!

@jessdyer16 Totally fine! As long as the ingredients don't have "sucralose, aspartame, artificial flavors or colors".

Is it just diet soda, or should we also avoid diet juice, flavored water, or diet iced tea? I drink those all the time.

@wintervixen1 Hey Winter! As a general rule, water is ALWAYS the best beverage. Juices are ALWAYS to be avoided, unless you're juicing at home with a juicing machine and organic fruit/vegetables. Store bought juice has preservatives, sugars, etc. Any other beverages, just check the label and make sure they are free of aspartame, sucralose (splenda), dextrose, any sugar, meltodextrin. Some companies are starting to use the natural sweetener Stevia & Xylitol, which are absolutley safe to drink.
