she was meant to section her hair to have a clean start...thats why she kept moving pieces to the side all the time

what is the substance that is being used? I put my hair in perm rods, but i don't use any kind of substance. My hair is naturally wavy and has a little twist and curl at the bottom already.

perms damage the hair - plain and simple...it's much better to use a setting lotion or gel with rollers...
having said that, she does look very sexy, doesn't she?
