I was playing a game when this happened, I heard tons of cheering and everyone in the rink started jumping and screaming and people started pounding the glass. I couldn't see the TV well, but I saw that the Sabres scored. I didn't know how dramatic it was until I got off the ice and asked my dad what happened. I'll never forget that season and the way the city came together back then.
