@ArangoSF707 Yes he is dead :)

is he dead? or what some 1 plz explain

If you were to do this in an emergency, outside of hospital, it would only be done if something was blocking the airways higher up right? so u mite try heinlich manouvre first? n then if that doesnt work then cricothyroid stab (otomy)??

There are few blood vessels or nerves in the area that you would be performing this procedure, wether surgically or with a needle or kit. Risk for bleeding is quite low.
The problem is that it is not true ventilation (in&out) but rather only insufflation (air in).

Is an emergency procedure should be avoide to perform outside a hospital.Unless is is necesary to save a life on a emergency.

If this goes wrong with this procedure what could happen that would cause a death from doing this? Is the survival rate high or low? Could one bleed to death or aspirate on their blood?
Yes, the pt is a cadaver at a paramedic invasive skills lab. Cricothyrotomy is performed as an emergency airway when a conventional advanced airway ie. oral intubation is difficult due to massive facial trauma or bleeding. It is a fairly easy but invasive technique that is quickly done by trained paramedics & docs. As long as the paramedic stays midline and knows the adjacent structures, the procedure will not disrupt other major vessels.
