If she gets thousands for that lawsuit, everyone in my town should be millionaires. Maybe we should sue Russia. Because my town (Tallinn, Estonia, Eastern Europe) was heavily bombed during WW2 by soviet air force and today they find few unexploded (100-250kg) phosphorus bombs each year :P

In response to someone saying the reporter is a real piece of work asking if he could hold one of the bombs, I actually think he was setting the guy up to make a point that they are live and potentially dangerous. In response the comment about everyone sues, I'm not a sue happy person but I think KB Home isn't sued enough because they don't seem to ever learn.
