Over 20-years with the building industry-former sales manager for KB Home. Don't ever buy a KB Home! Everyone in the building industry knows they are the worst built homes. The horror stories continue to roll in, even after all these years. They just don't care about you or your family.

I was a sales agent for KB homes in Charlotte NC and I would definitely tell anyone to stay away from KB as their builder. They are not a reputable builder.

At least those houses have a little more character that the shithole cookie cutter houses here in AZ.
