x3 cnc just born

my noob arse fooling around with my newly converted cnc x3. atm its quite useless lol, still tons of work to do but im getting close.

grizzly x3 mill, g203v drivers, 50v psu or sth, ~ 380oz on x and y(slightly undervolted), ~ 640oz on z. Feel free to ask any questions, any criticism please make it constructive!

serious- this was taken with a point and shoot camera... sorry for the shaking. My mom is looking to buy a HD camera in the coming months so that should make the vids better by a little bit :)

How is the overall quality of the Mill? I have been looking at eventually getting ether the G0463 or the G0619 and CNC converting it.
