Umm no he's not whining, he created a movement, organized thousands of volunteers in every state and is trying to push for states to amend the constitution for public financing of campaigns. Please keep this in mind, not everyone is a republican or a democrat there are some people who are in the middle, now this 30% is very easily influenced as they have personal reasons and needs other than what those two parties present, so they pick the best out of the two shits. Now if one is being payed millions of dollars by companies who possibly want to establish foundation in the area under their candidate who will give them slack. Also these companies could provide services and jobs.
