Tourists , Overall High Cost of Living people are willing to pay because of the natural beauty 100,000 years in the making (or more) VS. Instant cash from clear cut every 50 years?

Even the grumpiest old man should be able to see that. If not the issue needs to be how can OR make more money off healthy forest ecosystems than off harvested wood.
