A dead give away is the suspension and the all german tanks in WWII had their power come from the front gear wheel. You can see that this tanks power gear wheels are in the rear. So looking at this it looks like a Russian T-54/55.

Although clearly beeing a mock up it looks better than the tigers from SPR or BoB as the wider tracks and chassis better fit for a tiger.

T-54 has a more accurate size. This one here is WAY better than those stupid T-34s from Saving Private Ryan which some reenactments use. They are way too small.
