  • I find it hard to utter a word let alone give a presentation when cranking out 300 watts for extended periods of time. The star trac gym bikes measure power but I just use level 15 resistance and a metronome at 90bpm

  • Hey hows it going i have a question for you. I just recently got back into biking i can only hold about 13-16 mph. Can you give me any tips.

    I have a stationary and enjoy riding. What tips can you give me for becoming more fluent. I don't have click ins i have a standard pedal but not a "walmart" bike. Its an older schwinn.
