Bill Green is one of a few real low country chefs. His restaurant is located on St. Helena Island, just outside historic Beaufort, South Carolina and has appeared on Martha Stewart and Travel Channel.

  • You are the man Bill - great recipe.

  • Good southern food

  • This is a fine video of local-chef cooked, Southern soul food. I'm an older white person & grew up in Sumter, S. C. where we mostly ate soul-food-style cooking. I ESPECIALLY love hearing the speaking of how to cook the meal. WOW!...the memories!

  • my husband is from st. helena island sc and im from atlanta i love the food there! red rice and sausage

  • Mr green im from the memphis area i need to come down there and sample this cooking lol.

  • I love your videos! I am born and raised in Charleston, SC and whole heartedly embrace my Southern culture and heritage, I grew up eating this style of food and really enjoyed what your personality brought to the video - you are an awesome guy and it truly shows that you are putting nothing but love into your dishes.. thanks for making and uploading them!
