Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken

1KG Chicken (Skin removed and chopped)

250 grams plain yogurt (1/2 a big pot)
2 chillies red or green (seeds removed)
3 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons fresh ginger

1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon red colouring powder
1 ½ teaspoon garam masala
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vinegar
6 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon = 5ml

    If you don’t want to use vinegar then lemon juice is a good substitute.
