Sleep paralysis doesn't make me see monsters. It just makes me feel like my bed is like moving and tilting and sometimes I feel like I am falling forward and I catch myself by waking up.

I was having this nightmare every couple months that wasn't THAT scary, but I would always experience it. One night when I was having it again, I didn't want to go through it and told myself to wake up. I actually did. Is this lucid dreaming?

I always have control of my dreams, I don't know why but I do , it's generally quite annoying because in my dreams I know I'm dreaming so I make myself wake up...
