Today we're talking all about Selena Gomez.

With the New Year comes New Year's resolutions. Miss Gomez posted that this year's self-improvement is to become a better friend. The superstar told Tiger Beat mag that she's going to tell her bffs Demi Lovato and Jennifer Stone how much she appreciates them and the 16-year-old also mentioned that honesty is super important in friendships. Selena opened up that she always celebrates with her pops on Christmas Eve and then with her mom the next Christmas Day - even revealing that hanging with the fam is simply the best present ever. The actress boasts that she's excited to have a 2-week break spent in her home-state of Texas.

Further showing that this is just a normal girl who's getting recognized for her acting-chops and more, the Wizards of Waverly Place revealed to told M-magazine that one of the times she really cried was when she became heartbroken by a boy who she really liked a lot.

Even with relationship makeups and breakups on the horizon, Miss Selena seems to be on a super sweet streak. She reportedly told a magazine that she loves horror films and would be exciting to act in a scary movie one day, so that her character could die, and then she could make those Selena-haters happy.

Something that might make Gomez-lovers ecstatic is the gossip that she might play Sharpay in 'High School Musical 4' - as the original cast is getting a little old - and the replacement would mean more singing, dancing and acting from the Disney star.

And don't forget about the-much-hyped-up 'Another Cinderella Story' - it's set to debut on ABC Family January 18th. In the modern-day fairytale sequel, Selena stars as a servant girl to a mean step-mom who won't let her pursue her dreams of becoming a world-class dancer. Of course, this Cinderella story isn't complete without the addition of evil step-sisters, a famous pop-prince charming, and an MP3 player in place of a glass slipper.

Selena can get over him and if he didnt want to go out with her anymore then why is it so bad for him to break up with her?! you cant expect someone to stay with someone just so the other person is happy!! and secondly his band name sounds nothing like Selena's!!! they both have their names and the words "and the" sooo what!!! a lot of bands have the same style of name!!!
