Game Arts is still around. They worked with Nintendo and a few other companies on Brawl, and they keep making their own games.

It's awesome to see someone use the deffending effectively. Usualy its completely abandoned by most players in these kinds of games. By the way, why was ryudo's life so low compared to the others? I havent played this game for a long time, but i don't recall him being so low compared to everyone else.

Defending really helps reduce in some games (such as this one), so I take advantage of it when I can.

I think Ryudo's HP was so low because his Defense was so much higher then the others. I only had to worry about spells hitting him.

one of the hardest bosses ever in the game!!!!!! i played it like 4 times and still playin it now, since it so awesome, yet this boss was harder than the rest

im fighting this boss right now but i have only level 22-24....

if i had level like you it would be so much easyer.....

Battle with this boss was amazing. I can say "Valmar's Eye" is my favourite part of this game :D

@rock1644 yeah but if you would stop using defending all the time you would kill valmar's eye in 5 minutes :)

Taking out the minion eye balls first should make it easier... some ice affinity should help. un block move scrolls paralysis cures...

@123priney I had no problems with her - but ryudos brother kicked my ass alot and i was never able to beat the last boss before my dreamcast died - shame ps2's version of this is all sluggish

@rock1644 I alwys took adavantage of defending, since I alwys kept my eye (lol) on the COM system.
