Crashed Plane On Kilimanjaro along our route

We came across this wreckage of a place crash on our hike across the saddle. It was very eerie.
Four Italian tourists were killed in 2008 when a Kenyan-registered plane crashed into Mawenzi peak on Mt Kilimanjaro.Only the pilot survived but he had serious injuries.

The plane, Registration No 5YA00, was said to belong to a Nairobi-based company, the four tourists died on the spot when the plane went down at an altitude of 4,330 metres above sea level.
