@spydir21 Namaste in english not, but you could have a look on mein.yoga-vidya.our Community. There are lots of german videos which are helpful for necks, shoulders and some lotus-variations for better sitting. And asanas are universal even in german:-)

thank you so much.... this varation helped relax my back .... do you have anything to help neck, shoulders ,and knees ? my knees keep locking up if i go two days without my meditation,, and i dont know how to keep them from getting stiff.. do you have anything that could help ?
