Also I've noticed some comments on the vid that i'll answer.
The k9 is a Belgian Malinois. k9's are trained to clamp down on to a suspect's arm and hold on tell ordered Aus. (out) A k9/schutzhund's bite is so powerful that it can fracture the bones in the arm. This is not racist, statistically crime is committed by blacks (I refuse to call them african americans because there's no way to know they're african. They could be from the bahamas or brazil or where ever.) and hispanics.

Man I would have double tapped him in the heart and put one right between the eyes when he grabbed the k9; (it's really easy to get a thumb in the k9's eye even if not intentional.) Although I do understand why the LEO didn't do it.
