@SpudIllusionPictures So does that mean she never gets dewormed/defleaed/vaccines or annual checkups?! I am sorry but I really hate when people get animals and can't even afford to give them the simplest things in life. Does this mean in 6 yrs you have never taken a day off work, gone on a trip, treated yourself, new furniture, went out for dinner or anything??? Because if you can afford to do any of that, you should have put your cat first!

@SpudIllusionPictures My cat who is going to be five this year has the exact sae issue!!!! But I' wondering why you haven't taken her to a vet at all? I know they can be very expensive but when you plan to have an animal you are always suppose to have money put away for a time when your pet needs it. Not only should you have already had money set aside for your pet BEFORE you got her, but you've had 6 years to save up for it!

@steiff1001 yeah...I'd kinda guessed! My dad works for the government and my mum stays at home to 'Home-educate' us...although I'm the youngest and I'm 15. So my dad doesn't get enough pay to afford the vets bills, but gets too much pay to be eligible for any help towards vets bills (you have to be on state benefits). It's what we call the 'poverty trap'! Miki is one of our 4 cats. 2 girls and 2 new boys as of last year! They're just learning to use the cat door!
hmmmmmmmm...We're thinking of trying this, as one of our cats is using the E Collar...and she's had it for like, 6 years now...? She is so used to it, but I think this is a better idea... :) Thanks for uploading!

@SpudIllusionPictures WHOA! Why has your cat had an e-collar for 6 years? What is the matter with her?

@steiff1001 Well she's got some kind of skin condition that makes her itch real bad and she bites herself and makes herself bleed, so the only way to stop her is for her to wear the 'funnel'. If you're wondering why we haven't taken her to get checked out properly at the vet's, it's because we simply don't have enough money to take her over the vet's threshold! Seriously. They charge SO much! I guess that might sound like we don't value her, but we really do!! We just don't have enough money....

@SpudIllusionPictures Oh goodness - have you looked into free vet care in your area or homeopathic remedies for the skin issues? she probably has allergies. wearing something like the bite not collar wouldn't be good for her for a length of time - it is limiting as to how much she can turn her head and would cause cramping and other muscle issues (is my guess) if worn forever. Where do you live? Perhaps I can look into free vet care in your area?

@steiff1001 Oh wow! Your very kind to help like this! Okay, well that's a good point...I guess it probably isn't a good idea then...
Right. We live in Kingsbury, right next door Wembley Stadium! Where abouts are you?
I'll check out your website...

@SpudIllusionPictures You're in the UK then? I think from my accent - you can probably guess I am in the USA!
