The song is "Departure" by "Ed Harrison", from the NeoTokyo OST.
The bug where you can fly has been fixed, I don't understand why. I guess the only reason they kept in the swingset is because they couldn't fix it because they certainly don't realize stuff like this can add fun.

Though I have bought the Episodes for my PS3, I didn't get much parachute action yet, how is it possible to go UP on a parachute?

An online update patched it out and they probably already patched it out on the disk for PS3/PC.
