Creative with Corks

I thought this satirical Dutch crafts show was hilarious when I was in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I was unable to share it with my friends back home because there were no English subtitles. So I decided to take a stab at translating it myself.

to ''travatack'' you must understand that;creative with corks is a parody of all the boring hobbyshows that where on dutch tv..boring and useless (like ;corks;))..the lady is blend of dutchtv hosts that where on these shows..without that information it might be dumb and boring..(in my opinion some of the jokes are lost in translation..like the episode where there making tshirts with corks;''tamponeren'' ..how would you solve that ;))

Hahaha! That's my favorite episode, and I didn't even try to translate it for that very reason! Even this one ended up being a lot more difficult than I thought- I couldn't think of a good way to translate "techniek," because it doesn't quite mean the same thing in English as it does in Dutch. It was a fun project, but in the end, this show will always be funnier in Dutch. :-)

sorry about 3 comment;its not a blend she is a parody of ellen brusse who was hosting a show called;creative with carton..(or so wikipedia says)creative with corks was all about seks..my favourite is their other show called;borreltijd..drinktime

btw..every episode ,ellen asks the same question..''so peter what is the basic material? -The basic material for this show are ;corks''..their dutch also is hilarious..especially coming from the ubernerdy peter..c'mon all you english speaking folks:learn dutch
