  • This music is really brilliant, do you also share the MOD source as well?

  • Sorry but the mods are not available. there's really nothing i can do about it.

  • If you still have the floppy disks and an Amiga, why not transfer the original MODs to a PC so that they are not lost (even if you just want to keep them for yourself)? That assumes the disks are still readable to begin with.

  • yes but that is the problem how to transfer. It is not that simple.

  • If your PC still has a floppy drive, you should simply be able to transfer the files to a DOS formatted double-density floppy disk (720K) via CrossDOS.

I have also used APCComm to transfer via parallel port from an Amiga 1200 to a PC running Linux. There are other tools such as Amiga Explorer and even CF card adaptors for Amiga. There are transfer options, if you want to pursue them.

  • Thanks for the Information. APCComm sounds interesting i will try that. all i need is A serial cable with 9pin end for PC and 25 pin end for Amiga. if that is right.

  • When I used it, it was with parallel port cable only. I don't remember any mention of serial transfer being supported. Be aware that you still need a method to get the APCComm programme file to the Amiga (I used a floppy disk and CrossDOS, then transferred the files that wouldn't fit on a floppy disk via parallel port; no need for multiple disks).

  • Some sounds I did create myself from scratch. Many sounds editing and mixing, depending on what i needed.

  • I used amiga sound sampler device to capture any audio i wanted.

  • And speaking of Protracker, how did you record the instruments for the songs? I'm just curious how you made them.
