My room is all Ikea too. Don't worry about it. It's cheap and looks good. I always like to change my decoration and wouldn't be able to affford it if it wasn't for Ikea. Even if some stuff don't last a long time is fine with me. Your room is really cute :)

@typecastdetox My dad had to rewire it, although there are fluorescent light strips with plugs - called "Brite Sticks" by GE that I've used that are good :)

I have been trying to build my own lighted vanity but i can't find strip lights with plug in cords... did you get yours ready to plug in or did you have to wire it?
