I am just wondering why you decided to "cover" this song, not really use its original harmonies at all, and change every bit of it lol...

With that talent, just write something of your own, though I am not one to judge what you should or should not do musically.

@Blackhammer99 hmmm- these version often come out of live improvisation during shows; I do play mainly my own songs, taken from my 10 albums to date, but i get a very definite high messing around and experimenting with other peoples' songs, especially tunes like this one that deeply moved me as a teenager. I play between 70 and 100 shows a year, and it keeps things fresh for me.
