THe funny thing is that this sounds more like a Konami/Ultra games production than Capcom one. Not saying thats a bad thing Cause Konami music makers are also very talented.

Not strange, the composer for the music also did the music for the first Mega Man game.
It was later re-arranged by others for the SNES version.

Severely limited? This sounds just fine to me. 8-bit music always has a special place in my heart.

Oh yeah it sounds good no doubt. What I meant by severely limited is on the technical realm of game music, which in this case would be the number of sound channels that are worked with. The original tune heard on the SNES was done on eight channels. On 8-bit, it could only be done on four.
