  • Hi Dorvad2009

I am no expert and definately do not profess to be but from what I have read about B12 deficeincy and neurological damage I feel there is a reall need for you to have injections much more frequently than every 2 weeks more like every other day? I will definately take a look at your videos thank you for posting them. Best Wishes.

  • A huge resounding YES! I am cured of severe neurological deterioration and fatigue. My feet that had been numb for 15 years are no longer numb and I have my balance back. A year agi I had dropfoot and could feel where my foot was. Now I have feeling and location back. I am using methylb12, the natural active form which is more potent than hydroxyb12 in the UK. Currently I inject 7.5mg 4 times a day and it is doing miricles.

  • That is absolutley fantastic news, you are one of the lucky ones :)

  • The Lady in this video who lost her hair has now been again stopped her injections and apparently lost her hair for the 3rd time and is depressed again so so bad what happend to Human Rights !!

  • - mental illness - depression - learning difficulties - behavioural problems - tiredness - fatigue - blindness - MS - ME - Loss of use of limbs - pins & needles - tingling / numbness of limbs - baldness - hairloss - IBS - Colitus - Ulcerative Colitus - Crohns disease - forgetfulness, confusion - memory loss - Ahlzhiemers - Dementia - trips & falls - clumbsiness - thyroid problems - cancer - self harming the list goes on and on.

  • It can help all sorts of probs (or people are poss. misdiagnosed with probs when it is a simple vitamin deficiency) from child to adult, to list but a few -

  • OMG; I can't believe the NHS thinks only a B12 level below 150 is deficient!!! My reading and experience has confirmed that a truly healthy person has levels in the 800's or above. My docs do not like my B12 to go below 800 ever. Crazy, crazy.

    The "authorities" keep people sick!!!

  • The cure is never enough evidence if you are not supporting BigPharma.

  • b12 is amazing, it works against anxiety

  • @oratorman u cant take too much b12 so i think you are being too cautious...idk if ican buy inectable b12...ill ust stick with the sublingual pills

  • @rctriplefresh5 I am not being too cautious with b12.... remember, it's not about how much you take, but how much you ABSORB that counts! Since I inject it directly into my bloodstream I absorb every bit of it. Can you buy injectable b12 in the USA? You should look into that. It's cheap, about $8 here, and it only takes 30 seconds to give yourself a shot.

  • @oratorman what questionable vids have i added? anyway, my point was that 10,000 units of d is considered y most to be way to much...but the only people who say this are the unknowledgable ones. I feel you are being to cautious wit hB. 5,000 a day will be fine.b IS SUPER HARD TO ABSORB MAN...harder than d.

i'll take my b and ill like it motherfucker.

  • @rctriplefresh5 I also take 10,000 iu of vitamin D daily. But that's comparing apples and oranges! Vitamin D is completely different than vitamin A, B, B12, C, E, K, etc....you need more of some than others. So taking 10,000 iu a day of vitamin D doesn't mean you should take that much of every vitamin! However, considering that you don't want to inject b12, you may have to take a lot more of it than I do to get the same benefit.

I stalk you, lol. I saw some questionable videos you liked... ;)

  • @oratorman meh...i take 10,000 units of vitamin d a day...i think 5,000 mcg will be ok...especially since it;s not as absorbable as the injections.

also i have 0 appetite so i dont mind the boost.

and you are a stalker ;)

  • @rctriplefresh5 I bought b12 because I was having trouble eating. I never really got hungry except after a hard workout. Now I am hungry all the time, thanks to my weekly b12 injections.

  • @rctriplefresh5 Yeah, I can see every video you like or add to your favorites. Don't take b12 sublingually, it doesn't absorb as well as injecting it does. I inject 1000mcg every 7 days. 5000mcg/day is ridiculous, you don't need to take that much. If you do take that much you will be eating way too much and will get fat. b12 stimulates appetite and the amount I take is enough to make me want to eat like I did when I was a teenager.

  • @oratorman what made you puirchase

  • @oratorman did u see this from me>?

so you use vitamin b12 eh?

im thining of buying the sublingual methyl b12 by now nutirition..taking 5000 mcg a day
